Michael Walker B.Ost, is a registered Osteopath with the General Osteopath Council and member of the Institute of Osteopaths. Michael graduated as a Bachelor of Osteopathy from the British School of Osteopathy (regarded as the most prestigious Osteopathic College in Europe).
Michael is the Lead Practitioner at his surgeries in Cheam, Selsdon and Worcester Park.

He also specialises in the production of prescription orthotics, using a state of the art Gait Scanner.

Juliette has also completed courses in cranial, visceral and obstetrics osteopathy which she uses to treat children as well as adults.
Before studying to become an osteopath, she completed a BSc (Hons) degree in Sport and Exercise science at UWIC. The knowledge gained from this degree has helped give her extra insight into the treatment of sports-related injuries. A keen athlete, Juliette competes in national-level trampolining and ranked as Women’s Elite South East Regional Champion for two consecutive years.
Juliette also, when appropriate, uses medical acupuncture, which involves inserting fine needles into trigger points in the muscles.

George gained a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy (formerly BSO) – one of the largest and most prestigious osteopathic schools in Europe, where for the last two years he has worked in a busy clinic treating patients with a variety of conditions.
He has also spent time working in several specialist clinics treating the elderly, children, the homeless and patients suffering with chronic pain; he has also worked in a busy GP surgery.
His approach to treatment is to adopt a holistic approach when dealing with his patients in order to treat not only the immediate pain, but also the root cause, helping to restore the body to its optimum state of health.
With over ten years’ experience in the bike industry, as well as being an avid cyclist himself, George has a keen interest in sporting injury rehabilitation. His osteopathic experience, combined with rehabilitation of his own personal injuries inspired his passion and commitment to helping his patients overcome injury, as well as, advising them on all aspects of sports well-being.
George specialises in the treatment of:-Back pain
Joss Barratt M.Ost, with a background in climbing and surfing, he has developed a specific interest in hand/wrist and forearm injuries as well as sporting injuries from previous experience as a sports massage therapist.
However, he enjoys treating the full range of injuries, aches and pains that patients present with in clinic. Friendly, sympathetic and supportive coupled with a structural approach and knowledge of rehabilitation movements and exercises, helps patients get back to what they want to be doing as quickly as possible.

Lauren is our Exercise Professional here at Avenue Health. She is a Level 4 Exercise Specialist with REPs (The Register of Exercise Professionals) specialising in Cardiac Rehabilitation (Cardiac Disease), Pulmonary Rehabilitation (Chronic Respiratory Disease), Pilates and GP/Exercise Referral. Lauren is also a qualified Fitness Pilates and Gym Instructor who is able to provide Nutrition advice for Physical Activity.
Lauren graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Mathematics and History, but a lifelong interest in dance propelled her in a different direction. Lauren started dancing at age 2½, and having always held a keen interest in health and fitness decided to teach adult dance and exercise classes. In 2002, Lauren made the change full time; building a very successful dance and fitness business that incorporates all aspects of health & fitness.

Jo is a structural osteopath and uses a variety of methods to treat her patients, including soft tissue, ultrasound and the G5 massage machine.
Jo is a dog lover and she will often be found going running in the local parks or Surrey countryside with her dog.

Georgina graduated from the British School of Osteopathy (regarded as the most prestigious Osteopathic College in Europe) with a Masters of Osteopathy. She is a member of the Institute of Osteopathy and is registered with the General Osteopathic Council. She has also trained in Sports massage and medical acupuncture and incorporates these skills into her treatment where appropriate.

Georgina is mainly a structural osteopath but has also done some courses in visceral and obstetric osteopathy which she hopes to do further study in.
Lauren has a sports background and, having competed in athletics from an early age, it was a natural progression for her to pursue a career in health and fitness.
Using the twin complementary disciplines of Osteopathy and Personal Training, Lauren has built up a specialist expertise in both injury and orthopaedic surgery rehabilitation, incorporating all stages of recovery and training.
Lauren is a keen horse rider having competed in show-jumping and eventing, and more recently, playing polo.
Lauren loves to help people feel better and to get them back to doing the things they enjoy, whether the goal is walking the dog or competing in high level sports.

Tania starts appointments by identifying the causes and aggravating factors relating to symptoms, diagnoses the underlying issue, then works in partnership with the patient through treatment and exercise as needed.
Treatments may include manipulations, massage, medical acupuncture (dry needling), kinesio taping, lymphatic drainage, and cranial, visceral and structural osteopathy techniques.
Before becoming an Osteopath Tania’s professional life was varied, including working as a photographer, marketing for City Law firms and running her own spa in Notting Hill. She has also been a body builder, cyclist and yoga fan.

Ann is a member of the Complementary Therapists Association and has ITEC Diplomas in both Massage and Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology, qualifying in 2012.
More recently she has studied at JING Advanced Massage Training and qualified as an Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist (ACMT) in June 2016. Ann uses the JING Method in her work. This integrates both sports and Eastern massage techniques. This method is proven at getting excellent results is reducing muscular pain.
In 2017 she completed the Certificate in Advanced Myofascial Release. This aspect of work combines skills from a range of fascial disciplines. They include indirect myofascial release, structural fascial work as well as some cranial and visceral techniques.
Ann has 16 years experience with the London Ambulance Service, the last 10 of those as a Paramedic, so has a vast knowledge and experience treating patients for a wide variety of health conditions.
