Gerd Lanninge - first name pronounced 'yed' - has extensive experience, both within the NHS and in private practice. Gerd trained in massage and acupuncture in the early 80s and qualified as a practitioner of Chinese herbalism nearly 15 years ago. She has specialised in paedriatric acupuncture and runs supervison groups for qualified acupuncture practitioners. Gerd's interest in herbs and plants more recently led her to horticulture studies, and she now combines her clinic work with a garden design business.
